Shipping:
Items will be sent using Royal Mail 1st class within 2 working days after payment has been received, unless item is made to order.
All items sent will have proof of posting certificate. For UK customers using cheques please allow up to 5 working days for cheque clearance before posting the items. Items will be very well packed in bubble wrap and boxed in order to avoid damage in the post.

Refunds and Exchanges:
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the goods as sent at your own expense, I will then refund the cost less postage on receipt of returned goods. Please e-mail me within 7 days of receipt .
